She completed her second postgraduate qualification at the end of 2017 which now allows her to manage eye infections with the relevant eyedrops and antibiotics where needed.
Gugu qualified at the university of Durban Westville in 2014 after which she worked in Middelburg. Her family lives in Newcastle so she chose to move closer to home.
As an optometrist, her passion lies in pathology and contact lenses which makes her the perfect fit at Cilliers Optometrists. She is currently in training to obtain her Therapeutics Postgraduate qualification.
She always goes out of her way for her patients and her kindness and loving nature makes her a pleasure to have around.
Hayden has extensive experience in lens fitting and dispensing. His meticulous nature has resulted in delivery of high-quality work. There are very few things that Hayden will not try and do, and he has found some creative fixes for difficult problems.
Hayden has been in Vryheid for 10 years after moving from Johannesburg to be with his family.

Isabel is responsible for liaising with all medical aid funds and looking after the debtors’ and creditors accounts. Her meticulousness and attention to details allows for speedy resolution of claims, saving you the patient a lot of headaches.
